It's an honor for someone to spend time on you. Whether they're gossiping about you or laughing with you. Thinking badly of you or kindly. Screaming at you or brushing you with love. All of it is priceless time they'll never get back. And they're freely giving you theirs. Thank them for that. Then, skip on with gratitude.

There's nothing wrong with you because of your preferences. You dig what you dig. No explanation needed.

Sometimes we get tangled up in our own story and trap ourselves under the pesky bullshit, and it takes everything we've got to feel our way back to the positive.

Goals are aspirations dotted throughout the continuous stream of time that makes up one's life.

Most of us are over committed. Perhaps it's time to reevaluate priorities. To make a decision to devote as much energy to enjoying our leisure time as we devote to planning our workday.
